Chris provided me with an honest and reasonable estimate, Rocky took great care preforming the work to my chimney and was very professional and conscientious. He went out of his way to help me schedule additional work I had asked him about for my pellet stove. Exceeded all of our expectations! Chris put together a package deal that couldn't be refused! Jesse and Jimmy, the installers, were great! The actual installation was the easiest part of their day. Required 4 guys to get the 550 lb pellet stove up 12 steps, I'm sure there was some moaning, but never in front of myself, very professional. After installed, Jesse and Jimmy took an extra 90 minutes and made sure the stove was running properly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MILLER'S CHIMNEY; we are hiring them to put in a second pellet stove.

Just had a service call with Brandon Mills and his helper. They were very nice and quickly diagnosed the gas fireplace problem. A simple fix. Brandon also took the time to explain why the problem occurred and made a few suggestions. We will be giving a call back to Miller's for any fireplace service needs in the future!!! Would definitely recommend using this company. I was referred to them through another happy customer by chance and am very happy I called. We just had a blaze king wood insert, liner, and crown installed and every step of the process was explained and completed professionally. We had been trying to get this done for the last 8 months and had nearly given up due to "other" companies lack of follow through with everything from quotes to helping us find the right product. Right from the start, Chris came out and had us a quote in hand the same day before he departed. Not a single other company we had out here was able to do that! We knew what we wanted, they had one, and the price was right, so pulled the trigger right away. On game day, Chris came out to help Quinten and Eric with moving the heavy stuff and then they got to work. Solid work done on our complex job, and they even pointed out issues with the bricks on our chimney and ensured they were replaced with new bricks. It's hard to find contractors with ethics that do professional work nowadays who do what's right instead of taking the quick buck just to get done faster. I would do business with this company again and recommend them to anyone in need of a new wood burning stove. Shout out to Quentin and Eric for the install and to Chris for making happy customers!
